Two words: CRAWFISH PHO!
Spicy, buttery, lemongrassy, basil-y: DELICIOUS
So good! Possibly the best thing I've ever eaten. Also, I got it as takeout, and all the animals (dog, cat and macaw) at the place I was crashing at were seriously interested. I've never been so popular!
